Travel is included up to 40 miles from GL50, after this 0.45p per mile will be added for travel and

inside out how a wedding day looks, what are the highlight moments I know you’d want captured and
I know how to collaborate with your other suppliers so we can all work together on your big day.

Do you want your wedding filmed in a nostalgic, home video style? Capturing wedding days on a vintage camcorder is becoming increasingly popular and it’s easy to see why! The retro look of the video, the way it feels timeless and like a family member has caught all the emotions of your guests without them even noticing makes for a beautiful and candid wedding video.
I offer to my couples a mix of vintage camcorder footage plus iPhone videos of your wedding day – this way you get the best of both worlds!
I’m your wedding day bestie, there to capture the fun, romantic and family moments of your big day so you don’t have to ask one of your bridesmaids to do it!
Have full control over how you edit your footage, where it is posted online and just enjoy watching the raw footage.

I provide couples with candid, authentic and beautiful videos that you can post all over your social media!

Within 24 hours of you being a married couple, you’ll get excited all over again to watch the events of your special day unfold.
The Process
1. Send me an email to hello@virtuallyrhian.co.uk with the date and location of your wedding.
2. I will get in touch with you to organise a consultation call so we can have a friendly chat to discuss your wedding
and what you would like captured.
3. Once you decide that I would be a good fit for your wedding, I will send over a contact for you to sign and request
a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your date.
4. A month before your wedding we will have catch up and run through the plan of the day and discuss key timings
and details. You will also receive the final invoice for your remaining balance.5. On the day - you'll barely notice me. Although if you need me to get involved I'm always down for being a nerves-
calmer, childminder, dress buttoner, groomsmen-wrangler etc.
6. Within 24 hours after the end of the night you will receive all of your raw videos so you can relive your special
day. Edited footage will be delivered within 48 hours
During our consultation call you can choose which wonderful elements of your wedding day you want captured. The most popular parts of the wedding day include: getting ready, your first look, the ceremony, confetti shot, drinks reception, couple portraits, speeches, cake cutting and first dance.

Payment Details
All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking but following that, I’m flexible with any of the payment plan options below:
1- Pay in full on booking
2 - 50% deposit, 50% payment 1 month before your wedding. All payments will be made in full at least 1 month before your wedding date.
I accept Bacs bank account transfer and Paypal (processing may fees apply).

What is a Wedding Content Creator?
A Wedding Content Creator is a person dedicated to capturing the
authentic and candid photos and videos of your special day. I blend
into the background so I can capture behind-the-scenes moments
and interactions you won’t necessarily see on your big day. You’ll
receive hundreds of photos and videos within 24 hours of your
wedding.
How does it work?
I will arrive slightly before our agreed upon start time so I can
familiarise myself with your venue, family and the space. I’ll
introduce myself and then get to work in the background capturing
everything that’s happening.
Will you work well with our photographer and videographer?
Of course! I will introduce myself to your other wedding day team
members so we can work together throughout your day so we can
all capture what you want. I’m like an extra guest with a camera,
sometime you will forget I’m even here!
Do you travel for weddings?
I am based in Cheltenham, Cotswolds and travel across the UK and
Europe for weddings. Travel is included up to 40 miles from GL50. If
you wedding is further afield an additional cost of 45p per mile will
apply.
How far in advance should we book your services?
I’m happy to accommodate short-notice events as well as weddings
planned months or years in advance. Either way, I’ve got you
covered!
How much is the deposit and when will I need to pay?
I require a 50% deposit to secure your wedding date with me. The
rest of the payment will be due 4 weeks before your big day.
Do you require a meal?
For packages over 6 hours, I do require a break and I kindly request
a gluten Free meal during your wedding breakfast along with your
other suppliers.
What equipment do you use?
I use a mix of iPhone 15 Pro, DJI Action for timelapse shots, image
stabilisation gimbal, portable lighting and lapel microphones.
What is Raw Media from a Content Creator?
Raw footage is every individual video and photo that I have
captured on the day that is unedited. It goes straight from my
phone into your email inbox. Hundreds of these raw photos and
videos will be with you within 24 hours.
Can we request specific content (shots, poses, videos, etc)?
Absolutely! If you have priorities for your big day that you would
like captured more than others just let me know. If you want a
trending transition or a certain style of video editing then I’m more
than happy to deliver this for you.
What is your editing style?
My style is documentary, I share your day as it unfolds. I share the
candid moments in a storytelling way. If you prefer your videos to
be high energy, black and white or light and airy to match your
photographers editing style – let me know and I can edit in this
aesthetic for you.
