My Story

I have always been a problem solver and a creative soul, from studying Costume Design at University, working in Theatre, to sewing Bridal gowns and now being a Wedding Assistant and VA in the Wedding Industry. 

Since working in a bridal boutique, I decided to get more involved in wedding days and started working as a Wedding Day Assistant. This was amazing for gaining first hand experience and knowledge for what happens during set up and take down on the wedding day along with lots of tips and tricks from amazing wedding professionals! Gathering this information is like gold dust as I now have so many ideas and knowledge when creating social media and blog posts.

After deciding to make this my career, I furthered my skills by taking online courses and certificates in Event Management and Social Media. Soon, I was working for a variety of Wedding Business owners managing their social presence, writing blogs, submitting articles and taking on admin tasks. 

Seeing and celebrating my client’s business wins and successes is an amazing feeling that I just can’t describe. I feel so grateful that I can use my skills and talents for such deserving and hard-working wedding professionals.

Why did I choose the Wedding Industry?

What other industry is so creative, energetic and beautifully aesthetic? From lovely couples getting married to passionate and talented wedding suppliers, it is such a wonderful industry to be part of. Everyone is after the same goal – a magical and stunning wedding! 

BUT….there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes that most people wouldn’t think of. It’s like an elegant swan, calm and collected on the surface, but paddling 100 miles an hour behind the scenes. Running a business by yourself is hard work, and if you have lots of weddings booked then it can seem like an impossible task to do everything yourself. From meetings, to venue visits, invoices, emails, proposals and social media, I realised that wedding business owners needed an extra pair of hands. 

From working with wedding suppliers in every niche of the wedding industry, I saw the same tasks that always get put to the bottom of the pile. And that’s where I come in to make sure everything gets done on your To-Do list.

I am based in the U.K and work with wedding business all over the country.
